10/12/2017 – 15/01/2018 Introduction of amendments and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan At the request of the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan, I was a member of the working group on the preparation of proposals from Maqsut Narikbayev University on the introduction of amendments and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan on the redistribution of powers between the branches of government.
