Dr. Zhalgas Temirbekov holds a PhD in Jurisprudence from KAZGUU University and an LLM in International Law from the University of Reading (UK).
He is a Teaching Professor at the Law School of Maqsut Narikbayev University, where he educates future legal minds in the Theory of State and Law, Digital Law (focusing on International Cyber Law), and spearheads the innovative Digital Project in Law course.
Dr. Temirbekov’s research is keenly focused on the intersection of cyber technology and human rights, particularly the cyber dimension of the right to health, international cybersecurity law, and human rights. His scholarly work contributes to the understanding and development of digital frameworks that protect and enhance human rights in the digital age.
An active participant in the academic and professional community, Dr. Temirbekov has delivered presentations at numerous national and international conferences and seminars. He also serves as an expert advisor in various capacities, aiming to positively impact his community and the broader legal landscape.
